Wow! I really loved using this service, meeting Eugenio & seeing him work his magic. I stayed with him during the neutral safety switch replacement & he was very patient & professional. That old part did not want to come off! I would have spent all day swearing at my car, and probably wound up being unsuccessful at even getting it off. He did it in a matter of minutes!! By the way, his price for the part was 1/3 of what I paid for the very same part at Advance Auto. Very helpful in giving me options, and helping me better understand what was going on. Problem is a little deeper than just the switch, some internal transmission issues, but looks as though I will be able to continue driving for now until I decide if I want to ultimately trade in or junk it. Car drives like a dream, like it is new again. New brakes feel great. Power steering feels much better after flushing. I really enjoyed using the yourmechanic website, and all the pictures and updates I received. My best experience with a mechanic, ever.

Eugenio is terrific! He called and came early an hour early. He worked with the part I provided even though it caused him some extra work. I am extremely thankful for that and he still finished on time. He is located in Northern VA and not Hagarstown like the app says.
