This was a great service! It was a holiday weekend and I received a text back on Saturday morning to confirm a Sunday afternoon appointment!!! Tyrone arrived early and diagnosed my issue in minutes. He was thorough, professional and my problem was solved quickly. I will use Tyrone's services for all my car concerns. I even received a Saturday evening call back confirming the part that was ordered and my next appointment date and time.

The biggest thing I appreciated about Tyrone was his punctuality. HE arrived a few minutes before scheduled in the past that has not been the case. He immediately got to work and even offered tips on where to go from here. He was competent and knowledgeable.

Mr. Joachim was very knowledgeable regarding my car. After talking to him what I needed I didn't have to wonder did he know what he was talking about or was he recommending things that I didn't really need. He was great. Thank you.

Marcus is a young and energetic, customer friendly mechanic, who figured out the issue within a minute (which the earlier mechanic Maurice who claimed 30 years of experience couldn’t during the last visit) that the siren like noise was because of the rear windshield wiper fluid pump was on all the time and provided a temporary fix (which was fine as I was not using the rear windshield wiper fluid) by disconnecting that pump, which stopped that siren like noise. He was also very friendly and allowed me to be around. He also provided a 50 point inspection of my van. Great mechanic, great work. As a customer I am very much satisfied.

Answers to common Dodge questions

Headlights go out randomly, will come back on after
Answered by Derek
As silly as it sounds, the issue is most likely caused by an intermittent failure in your Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). Of course it’s important to have the circuit and connections checked, but the TIPM is the most common...
Tie rod broke, scared to drive truck now
Answered by Derek
The failure was most likely caused by water intrusion. Dodge has released customer satisfaction letter L04 that outlines the issue that you have experienced. The letter states that vehicles shipped to cold weather climates allow water ingression; thus causing wear...
Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
Truck stalls out when driving
Answered by Derek
Stalling issues can be not only dangerous but nerve racking, as they can be often hard to predict. There are many possible causes, and to help the technicians narrow down the cause, it is recommended to track the time, temperature...
