It’s my First time using your mechanic service for my vehicle and I felt kinda worrried about it. Didn’t know what to expect but when he arrived (early) which is good, he was nice and very presentable :) Always a pleasure to have Jay around. Not only to repair your despair, but to also give a little lift to your day. A phenomenal mechanic who explains each detail and is profession at its best. Punctual, trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable of his craft..is an understatement...Jay is your mechanic . I promise you. Made my nerves at ease, and being sincere when crediting $30 back to me I didn’t understand what he meant until I got a text that he credited back to me instead of paying the full charge, and thought he was asking for a tip lol but wasn’t and glad I did!!! He was caught in traffic but made sure to call prior to arrival and kept in touch till he arrived. It was raining but he did a thorough review of the car. He got he on the phone before he left the dealership and walked me through the findings. I asked him to do a couple more items and he gladly obliged. I was very happy with the service.
