Nickolas was efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. He also texted me to let me know he would be a few minutes late because of traffic. I appreciated that. He replaced front pads and rotors and showed me the old parts and explained what he did and what needed to be done. He was friendly and upfront and willing to answer any questions I had. Matthew was very nice and seemed to know his way around my car pretty well. I got a text as soon as he arrived, and he immediately began working right after he got here and talked to me. Figured out the problem within 15 minutes, and he then explained the options I had, not pressuring me to do anything, which I really appreciated.
