Top mechanic. I'm pretty well versed in car issues and could not solve an electricity problem. I tried out Tabitha and she diagnosed the problem spot on, recommended a solution and got it fixed. She was able to communicate the issue well and was a pleasure to work with. She was on time and had all her tools with her. Deane arrived early for the appointment. He checked to make sure the new alternator for my vehicle was actually necessary and explained why the alternator needed to be replaced. He was personable and easy to speak to. Deane finished the job within the time approximated and demonstrated the finished job. Great experience and very convenient.
