Richard arrived exactly on time (actually about 5 minutes early), and was as friendly and professional as could be. For the sake of total transparency and trustworthiness, he even told me I was welcome to sit and observe if I wanted to, although I declined. He finished the work efficiently, and even came in slightly under the estimate I was given. Super nice guy, and came fully prepared. Didn't even bat an eye, just showed up, got straight to work, and fixed my car for about half of what the shop had estimated. Would recommend any time.

He was very thorough. He told me about the three wires that connect to the purge valve and that the one to the gas tank was capped off. He told me what I needed to get down to get it fixed. I got it fixed and the light is off now.
