Richard was very helpful and extremely thorough during the pre-purchase car inspection. He documented everything he found and spent extra time test driving the car with me. He was also very friendly and an interesting person!

I scheduled for work to be done to replace my vehicle's serpentine belt, pulley, and tensioner ('cause Firestone said that it needed to be "replace"). When Mario arrived and checked the belt, he was very honest and informed me that the serpentine belt did not need to be replaced. He showed me the serpentine belt and pointed out that it did not have any cracks. It didn't need to be replaced for "preventive maintenance" either. I appreciate his honesty and the time that he took to show me other issues (that Firestone failed to mention) and explained it.

William was very accommodating in his visit and work. He was ALL of the six (6) performance E’s. Efficient, Effective, Energetic, Endearing, Excited, Excellent. I would have to add a couple but they don’t fit in that “E” thing above and that would be informative! I had something planned and he was quick to set me straight! First Time = Great Experience A++++ Roy

As silly as it sounds, the issue is most likely caused by an intermittent failure in your Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). Of course it’s important to have the circuit and connections checked, but the TIPM is the most common...

Answered by Derek
The failure was most likely caused by water intrusion. Dodge has released customer satisfaction letter L04 that outlines the issue that you have experienced. The letter states that vehicles shipped to cold weather climates allow water ingression; thus causing wear...
Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
Truck stalls out when driving
Answered by Derek
Stalling issues can be not only dangerous but nerve racking, as they can be often hard to predict. There are many possible causes, and to help the technicians narrow down the cause, it is recommended to track the time, temperature...
