Travis was great! He was very knowledgeable and even broke down some information to my understanding. He is very honest as well. I took my car to an auto body shop to get an oil change and was multiple thing was wrong with my vehicle. ... I had a feeling they were trying to get over on me because I haven’t had the car for over a year, it is fairly new. I then reached out to seek for a second opinion in which Travis came to look at the situation and told me I was right. I saved hundreds of dollars due to Travis. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Mr. Terrence did an excellent job diagnosing the source of the engine noise I was hearing. After examining my vehicle thoroughly and performing some tests, he explained that my recently replaced power steering pump was making a noise that a brand-new power steering pump should not be making. Mr. Terrence spoke to me in plain language I could understand. He recommended I return the new pump to the repair shop that sold it to me and ask for a replacement at no cost. He also encouraged me to get back in touch with Your Mechanic if I needed further diagnostics or repairs. Thank you, Mr. Terrence!
