Kelly showed up in time, tried to see if the problem was minor so it wouldn't have to cost a lot of money, and after ascertaining it was the starter issue, fixed quickly. He was courteous, friendly and checked the vehicle for other issues. He answered most of my questions and was very easy to work with.
