Brandon was on time for our appointment, letting us know beforehand that he was arriving. We found him courteous and more than competent in taking care of the alternator problem on our Lexus in a short amount of time. He was noticeable of other issues with our vehicle and gave us an estimate of what any further work would cost. I was not able to be on the premises as he worked. My wife, who was there but occupied with our grandchildren, hardly noticed his presence, since he attended to his work exactly as requested. Im happy to say, the car sounded and drove great after the repair.
