We had an appointment with a guy named Fabrice for 7am. He cancelled at 7:17 by text claiming he had something important to take care of this morning. We rebooked with Damien for 4:30pm. He sent a message that he could be there earlier and was able to arrive at 1:30. I was unable to use my car at all so it was frustrating when Fabrice cancelled after he was artsy supoossed yo be there. Damien saved the day!
Damian was great! He had a hard job changing my alternator but he never gave up and got it done. Super professional and great guy!
Wilson is a very polite and committed person with his customers. First, he came and checked in front of me my car. He determined that the services that I was requesting were not that necessary at this time; that they could wait a little longer. Talk about being honest! Then we decided to do something else with the service, which he did in breeze of time. He constantly communicated with me by phone to let me know that he was on his way, that he was picking up parts, etc. making him very respecter of a person's time. He is an asset to your company.

Fabrice went above and beyond. He came out in the rain to diagnose an engine issue we were experiencing. It ended up not being a fixable issue. But, with Fabriceβs expert knowledge, we at least knew where we stood with the vehicle. Would definitely recommend.
Fabrice arrived promptly and was great with my transmission fluid flush. I had many questions and he answered them all for me and ellaborated to help me understand. He pointed out a few things that i needed to work on with my car which i am grateful for!! I am booking him right now for our next adventure .. it's brakes and rotors time.
