He was knowledgeable about the services I needed. He was very patient and answered any questions I had. He explained what my check engine light codes meant, gave quotes on the services, and gave additional suggestions. He appeared honest and sincere, didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary services or parts, only what was needed. He finished the thermostat installation but plans to return for full air conditioning service.
