Mr. Corbett explain everything to me in a way that I would understand what was going on with my car but most of all he has a wonderful personality and excellent customer service approach. I would definitely recommend your company with the exception referring customers to him.

He's on time. Friendly. Very patient with me when I ask him some questions and he's able to answer my questions. He's ok with me watch his work and learned few things. He's someone that I feel I could trust and depend on. Thank you for coming and work on my suv.

Honest mechanic. Job turned out to take more time than expected. Todd followed through and got the job done. My truck steers perfectly.

by Nate from Portland, OR 97216

Todd the mechanic was good. He gave me a lot of insight and the conversation we had during the inspection process was good. He explained and provided a lot of information but I was mostly disappointed with the inspection report and the appointment department over the phone. The report was pencil whipped just to get through it. The actual notes part of the report was good. The most disappointing part was with the staff on the phone. I had several issues with the scheduling department which caused a confusion and 3 hour delay with my appointment.
