Joseph notified me about 30 minutes before that he was running late but as soon as he got here he got to work. He came out to replace my serpentine belt and determined that my water pump was also bad. He patiently waited while I went to purchase the water pump, which turned out to be the wrong one. He then waited again, while I took the bad water pump with me to get the right one. I was very impressed with both his patience and work and will definitely use him again and refer everyone I know.
