Charles was in great spirits considering the weather conditions. He made the necessary repairs and gave me recommendations to have the car running like a champ again. I look forward to having Charles work on my car again when needed.

Alex was extremely friendly, trusting and competent. It only took 10 mins for him to diagnose and resolve my overheating issue. Great experience! I'll be contacting him again in the future for maintenance on my other vehicles.

Professional, was on time and very knowledgeable, straight shooter dd not try to sell me on anything other than what my car needed. My F-250 did not need a water pump and he diagnosed the problem and was able to give me a quote and explained the process. He could have put the pump on then left, because that was what I had contacted him for. That speaks volumes and I have seen many people taken advantage of this way. I will contact him by name, a great mechanic is hard to find and one that is honest is even harder to find. I highly recommend Patrick.
