Benjamin had to reschedule the first appointment, which happens. Not a big deal at all. When he did come for the rescheduled appointment, he was apologetic, courteous and quick. Probably took him 30 minutes to swap out the serpentine belt and give my car a once over. Had some suggestions but didn’t try to hard sell me on anything. Great experience, I’ll definitely use his services again. Thanks!
