Terry was here when he said he was going to be here. He explained everything and approx. how long it would take. He was very personable and made sure that he was doing the job correctly. He checked over the car after he finished to make sure that everything was ok. He checked the alternator to make sure that it was installed properly and the battery was ok. He did all of the checks necessary to do the job properly.

Terry did a great job, I am satisfied with my service. There were 6 oil spill spots in front of my house that I did have to scrub, but that's hard to contain. He did show up at 445 and the appt was at 3 so I had to rearrange my schedule. These things he cannot change so I'm happy with his service and would reccomend him.
