He came out while I was at work and gave my brother in law a full detailed list of what the problem was. He then called me and provided me with the information also. I had paid 240.00 for a key to be reprogrammed and everyone had told me that was probaly why my car wasn't starting. I was very happy that he was just able to confirm that info so now I am able to possbily get a partial refund on paying them. Most importantly, I'm just happy that I won't be out of anymore money, it seems like it's been one issue after another
