Carlos was great, he kept me up to date with the delay of his arrival. I do have one issue. He told me if I had any questions or something came up to let him know. Last night while driving the battery light came on. I made it home turned the car off and started it again, battery light off. I don’t know why it came on and if it’ll do it again. Carlos has not responded to the messages I left him.

Micheal arrived on time. He was very professional. PepBoys had miss diagnosed the problem of which they wanted to charge me $1700.00 for parts and repairs. Within a 20 minute period he found that it was the intake hoses that were leaking and not the compression lines that were the problem. He got the right parts and for ubder $250.00 he had my repairs completed and within the original time frame. I would recommend him and this service to everyone. I would give him 10 stars if i could.
