Michael arrived about 15 minutes early, explained the process and then got to work on my repair. He is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend him anytime. How ever when trying to book a part that was under warranty I had to deal with your customer service department on the phone. I was less then impressed with how I was treated and the service there is less then steller . I t would be the only reason I would not recommend this company. If Michael wasn't so great I would drop using your company.

Excellent work. All signs pointed to a bad starter and even the mechanic thought that as well. But to be safe, the battery was tested and while it was powering everything else, it was only giving 7volta and wasn’t powering the starter. Battery replacement later and all is well.
