Irven went above and beyond to fix my car. I had not seen my kid the weekend before due to car problems. The part came in late on Friday and they were going to schedule him late Tuesday. Finally got him for his day off on Saturday. He spent 5 hours on my car. He had to basically open the back seat to get to the fuel pump. Refusing to give up on why it wouldn't work even after the new fuel pump. He finally figured out the sparks but he had to take the whole engine apart basically as one set of plugs were in front and one set in back. He refused to give up as he understood how important it was for me to get out and see my kid. Would give him six stars if I could.
He had gotten there early and was waiting when I drove up. Robert was incredible. He answered all my questions and knew exactly what he was doing. However at one point, he asked me where the part was and I said you were supposed to bring it. He looked at his phone and realized he looked at the wrong work order, so he had to run and get it. He said 20 minutes, forgot about traffic and took an hour. If he hadnt been such a nice person, I would have been angry. Those things happen. He fixed it perfectly and as soon as I turned the key the car started.
Oscar was well prepared, and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. I look forward to having him complete the work needed. Bottom line, I was quite impressed. Best regards, Dennis James
