He did a great job and did it in a timely manner. After fixing what I thought was the problem based on the codes, he recommended what he thought was the root of the issue and quoted it. He did say I'd be alright for a while based on the work he did. Its discouraging to know you paid to repair your car and the root not be fixed but that was no fault of his. He is knowledgeable, prompt and upfront. A little advice on the overall experience, get a diagnosis through your mechanic instead of booking repairs based off the codes. That way you can refer back to the guarentee of work done through the service. That said, Jay was exceptional.

Jamie is a master at his craft he was able to diagnose the problem and locate the leak. I thought I needed a radiator hose but was actually another hose. He made sure he got it fixed and got me on the road again asap. Definitely went above and beyond for me and am sure that's just his everyday work ethic.

Albert is a very good mechanic, on time and always kept me updated on his location as to how far away he was and gave me his ETA. He did all the services I asked of him perfectly, my car runs great! I even got to watch him and he explained each thing he was doing step by step, I felt like I was one of the guys, lol.
