Joe arrived on time , took a look at what tools he needed and had the battery exchanged in a short time. Joe was very knowledgeable, professional, customer service was excellent and friendly. After the exchange of the batteries, Joe conducted the number of checks on the car. My wife identified the back window would not go "all the way" without pulling it up. Joe was able to provide an estimate (without the part required) and took action to locate the part. It is indeed great to established a relationship a mobile company who hires experience personnel such as Joe's.

Sagging headliner coming off the ceiling, looks awful
Answered by Jay
The headliner is a piece of material with a foam backing which is glued to the roof of the interior. The glue used by Volkswagen to adhere the headliner does not hold up very well, causing the material and foam...
Tires that came from the factory are not good at all
Answered by Jay
The tires which came with your vehicle should not have had problems with sidewalls cracking or blowing out. I would recommend having the tires checked by the manufacturer for issues or defects which may be covered. To find replacement tires,...
Why does my motor go from running to just dead?
Answered by Jay
There are no recalls or technical service bulletins (TSB) for the stalling while driving complaint, however there have been other owners who've had similar drivability issues. The fuel pump relay may have an intermittent open circuit, causing you to lose...
