SERVICE

Brake Pads

AMOUNT PAID

$141.13
by Steven from Bellflower, CA 90706

Rocco was selected to replace the brakes on my SUV. He offered to replace my brakes earlier than scheduled, which I wasn't able accept to do due to personal commitments and on the scheduled day he called and offered to pick up a pair of rotors, which I thought was a good idea just in case it turns out that I needed them. He arrived and told me that he wasn't able to pick them up, which was fine since my rotors were still good. He did a through job from testing the brakes beforehand, performed the installation, verified the installation afterwards, and noted extra issues I should be aware of regarding the condition of my car. He's a friendly, honest and professional mechanic Overall, I would have Rocco work on my car again. Thank you.

SERVICE

Spark Plugs

AMOUNT PAID

$70.00
by Steven from Bellflower, CA 90706

Carlos showed up on time and performed the work as expected. He worked diligently and replaced both the serpentine belt and spark plugs in an about an hour. I have been worried about maintenance ever since Suzuki left the North American car market, but after Carlos showed up and did the work as requested to my satisfaction, and pointed out a few things that need to be done. I was pleased with this work he did on my car and plan to have him help me out with future maintenance needs.

Answered by Mia
If the vehicle isn't overheating you probably just have a coolant leak somewhere. If left unattended however, your vehicle could run out of coolant and subsequently overheat. Overheating can lead to extensive engine damage, so I recommend addressing this issue...
The belt came off the pulleys
Answered by Tyler
One of the first things that should be checked when dealing with a serpentine belt that has come off would be to check that all of the pulleys that are used for power steering, water pump, idler pulleys, alternator, crankshaft,...
New refrigerant only temporarily fixes air conditioning
Answered by Paul
Based upon your description, it appears you have a refrigerant leak. If you have inserted refrigerant that has 'UV Dye' included, detecting the leak is helpful with a 'UV light'. There are four major components linked together with hoses and...
After filling my car up with gas, it has a labored start
Answered by Eduardo
I would first retrieve the trouble codes, to see if that can shed some light on what the issue may be. If this problem occurred only after you filled up, then it may possibly be a problem with the type...
