I am very pleased, and impressed, with how quickly Galvani determined the problem with the 1989 Cadillac El Dorado. He took the time to explain what parts failed and alerted me to other mechanical issues. He showed me the malfunctioning parts. His professional experience, and knowledge of cars, put my mind to rest that the El Dorado can be repaired. I will be requesting that Galvani be the gentleman to repair the Cadillac.
