Dellano was right on time and was quickly able to figure out where exactly my transmission fluid was leaking, something that had been overlooked when I took it to a shop a couple of months ago. Excellent! Note.....he arrived 30 minutes late but upon announcement of his arrival he was very apologetic. From then on his service, knowledge and demeaner was Superb! Eric was knowledgeable and quick, and did a great job installing the new power steering system on my van. It started raining while he was working and unfortunately, I did not have a covered area for him to work. He stuck it out until the rain slowed and stayed to finish up the job.
