Kenneth was very generous with the knowledge he knew about cars. He walked me through every single variable of what was going on with my car and what I could do to take preventative measures. He's a trustworthy mechanic which is somewhat difficult to find at typical auto shops. He even showed up 30 minutes early which was very appreciative since I was running late to work.
