I apologize for taking so long to write this review. Whitney is definitely my mechanic from now on. He arrived on time at my condo parking lot, he diagnose the car to see if everything I requested needed to be changed, and in fact, I did not need to change everything (my AC was not working and I've got very high estimates to fix it). While taking the engine apart, he noticed a leak on the water pump, so since it was Sunday and the shop did not deliver the parts, he actually went to pick them up himself. When done, he performed another thorough check of the whole car. I am really very pleased with his work and will call him over and over again and definitely recommend him to everyone I know. Great experience! I booked an appointment for a timing belt and brakes replacement and everything went smoothly. Robert ran a little bit behind (no problem) and called to let me know beforehand. Upon inspection, my brakes did not need to be replaced (can I get a "woohoo!" for that?) and everything was completed in a timely manner. Robert also called out a minor additional issue and noted that it wasn't urgent and I could likely just fix the problem with my next full round of repairs.

Grzegorz did an excellent job. Before him arriving I thought I needed a brake master cylinder. But, when he got here is checked the whole braking system and recommended changing the brake pads since the master cylinder was working well. Thanks again Grzegorz.

Edgar was great! Not only would I recommend Edgar and YourMechanic to friends, I already have. I was looking for an "excellent" rating, but the best the form allowed was "very good." Although I tried not to hover, I appreciated that Edgar explained what he diagnosed and showed me where the wiring was shorting out. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain my car better.
