It sounds like the window regulator is bad. The regulator is what raises and lowers the window when the motor is commanded. The cables in the regulator wear out over time and break, causing the window to not stay up....
Cooling fan doesn't turn off

The cooling fan relay is most likely stuck, and needs to be replaced. I recommend that you have a mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, come by and replace your cooling fan relay (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/cooling-fan-relay-replacement), if it is deemed necessary.
Oil leak around head

Most likely, the valve cover gasket has failed. Due to age and temperature changes, it's possible that the rubber compound of the gasket has hardened and is no longer capable of sealing between the valve cover and the cylinder head....
The manual and how to fix it....5th gear is not working I went by a machanic n the gears are still not going in well

Hello. If you still are not getting 5th gear then you have an issue within the transmission. If the transmission is brand new then it should be taken back to where you purchased it from. If this was a used...
