Choeun was great. This was my second time having Choeun work on my vehicle. He does the job that was requested when you book him online. Once finish, he goes over what other services may be needed for you vehicle. Unlike going to a mechanics shop, not once do you feel pressured about getting other work done. Will use him again for other work needed.

Donald is the man! Firestone tried to charge me $1,700 to fix my rear wheel bearings. Even though the rear passenger was the problem they said both have to be replaced. I bought the part myself for $180 at Auto Zone and Donald put it in for $120. Saved $1,400!!! Most of all he was honest. Car drives like a dream. I will request him from here on out.

Answers to common Jeep J-2700 questions

Q: My mechanic mistakenly put oil in my coolant tank, how much damage has been done?
Answered by Larry
Hello. You have a difficult situation on your hands and I'm sorry for what has happened to you. I would continue trying to flush your system (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/cooling-system-flush) as much as you can. Have an expert inspect any other damage or...
Q: Transmission flush vs fluid exchange and filter change 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Answered by David
Hello - the "to change, or not to change" transmission fluid is a somewhat controversial discussion, especially in the day of claimed "lifetime lubricants". In my experience, when you plan to keep a vehicle well past 100K, it is a...
Q: Headlights and dashboard lights flash off/on when switch control is switched to lights on
Answered by Jay
You may need to have the lighting control module reprogrammed to fix the problem with the auto lights. There are technical bulletins (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/how-to-use-a-technical-service-bulletin-by-parker-hill) to reprogram the module. You will most likely need to have the dealer do this.
Q: Engine turned off but inside of car still on, now engine won't turn back on.
Answered by Tim
Hi there. The symptoms you're describing with your boyfriend's 2002 Grand Cherokee appear to be related to a broken or worn out ignition switch (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/ignition-switch-replacement) or relay (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/ignition-relay-replacement). The ignition switch on the inside of the steering column is attached...
