How to Renew Your Car Registration in North Dakota

Living in North Dakota, you will need get your car registered with the North Dakota Department of Transportation (DOT). Every year you will have to renew this registration. In person options in North Dakota

Some people prefer to renew their registration in person. If this is you, to go to your local DOT and do the following:

  • The renewal notice that you have received signed by you
  • The payment for the fees you owe for renewal
