Q: Where is the starter located on a 2006 lr3 4.0 liter?

asked by on

I can't seem to find the location of the starter on a 2006 Land Rover lr3 4.0 liter

My car has 160000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Hi there. The starter is located on the back of the engine on the driver side attached just in front of the transmission bell housing. You may have to remove the exhaust manifold to get to the starter. If you need further assistance with replacing the starter, then seek out a professional, such as one from Your Mechanic, to help you.
