Q: What is the required mileage before oil change
I want to change the oil in my suzuki vitara, at what mileage can i do oil change
My car has 39739 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
If you use the recommended 5w30 oil with an oil change interval of 3000 miles you will be doing the oil changes as recommended for severe use. You can choose to do the changes later up to 7500 miles if you want to use the normal use fro the vehicle. The severe use can be due to a lot of miles driven in heavy city traffic or the use in extreme climates of hot or cold.
