What does the door open Warning Light mean?
The door open Warning Light is located on the instrument panel. When one or more of the doors is not entirely closed, then the door open Warning Light will turn on. When the vehicle is in motion and one of the doors is not properly closed, then a beeper will sound in addition to the illuminated light. Tip Like all warning lights, the door open Warning Light briefly illuminates when the car is turned on. The light is only a problem if it stays lit when the engine is on.
