Q: The Gearbox Fault comes on mostly when going up a hill.
My car goes into gearbox fault mostly when going up hill but it seems to loose power. At shift change as the RPM's reach 2 is specifically when it happens. I have taken it to several mechanics and each one says something different. I look online and it list a power issue, mainly battery but the battery gauge comes up at 15. I'm stumped at the moment because I've gotten a code reprograming but not sure which, I've gotten a new transmission and I've gotten a 5 fault. I have no clue what it is. If it's the battery or the ground post why is it so hard to figure that out.
