Q: tailights, wiper motor, heaer fan don't always come on but do after driving 5-10 minutes

driver side taillight does not come on until about 5-10 minutes driving. wipers work most of the time but sometimes won't come on. a/c fan does not come on then after driving 5-10 minutes it comes on. front right blinker works only in damp weather

These are all electrical issues and will need to be diagnosed separately. It may be loose connections or problems with body control module connections or module itself. Have the modules scanned and see if you can control the different components through the scanner to see if the module or connections are the issue.
