smoke from the exhust in rain and cold day no any decreasing in coolant and oil . what is the reason

However, when it’s cold, sometimes you might see a "smoke" come from exhaust; when actually is condensation from the engine exhaust reacting to increase humidity during cold and rainy conditions. If your car is running OK and you don’t notice any error or warning lights, you should be OK to continue driving.
