Q: Slave cylinder for clutch

Is it hard to replace a Slave CYlinder on a 95 Ford Escort. Do u have to drop the transmission?

My car has 205000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

The clutch slave cylinder is external outside the transmission. It can be replaced without removing the transmission.
