Hello. There are a couple of different reasons why this could be happening. One possibility is that the door seals around the door are worn out and this is allowing water to come in when it rains. Another possibility is that the drain tubes for water are clogged up causing rain to get into the car. I suggest you have a certified technician, like one from YourMechanic, inspect your passenger side drain system and seal for leaks.
