Q: Power windows slow to close

asked by on

The power windows on my car are slow to close or not closing all of the way.

There is a high failure rate with the electric window motors on your particular vehicle. The electric motors will need to be replaced in order for the windows to operate smoothly and efficiently. Replacing the motors requires removing the interior door panels and is a complicated task. I recommend having a trained technician, like one from YourMechanic, come to your home or office to replace your window motor for you.
