Hi there. The door has rollers which are positioned on a track. If the track is blocked or the rollers are broken, this could bind the door and make it inoperable. The door has several safety items which are implemented in such a way where it cannot tell the difference between someone in the way of the door or having a binding track. The door track and hinges along with the electrical components need to be checked for the cause.
