Q: Noise when key is turned on and off from under the hood
When turning key noise which is hard to describe comes from under the hood. Sometimes electrical circuit goes haywire, won't turn over, dome light and dash lights go out. After a few trys car is working again but still has electrical noise sound from under the hood when key is turned. Problem with noise is internment occurring now and then.
