Q: My serpantune belt is not moving and of the compinents

I was driving in the freeway pretty fast and I broke somewhat hard but in gradual rate to exit. After about a minute or two I notice all my check lights were on and several minutes later lost power steering. I parked car and looked under the hood and everything seemed fine when I start the engine so I started to drive home I was about 7 miles away.....on the 3rd mile I noticed the car was approaching 120 so I turned on the AC but started hearing boiling noise in dash then I looked back it seemed as there was smoke coming from my car. I ended up parking at a gas station and got towed. I was able to drive car on and off the carrier when I got home. I left it parked for 2_3 days and decided to try to start elimimating trouble lights which worked for most as I topped off fluids. The car seemed fine if I have to move it around property I live in,however I noticed the fan and serpantine belt weren't moving.
