Q: My 2008 jetta 2.5 automatic. Will run great but once the car has warmed up. The car will jerk hard before a complete stop like if

Only when the car is fully warm is when it will do it. It will jerk hard right before a complete stop. And it will hesitate or/and slam into next hear. Only from 1-3 gears. Drives fine on the highway. Also when i drive the car on manual mode.
