Q: My 1200 hp rotary engine keeps misfiring at 7000 rpm's.

asked by on

Every time I race and hit around 16 pounds of boost at 7000rpm my 20b keeps misfiring and I have to race as soon as posible
My car has a manual transmission.

Hi there. It sounds like the spark plugs and ignition coils are not working at the desired speed that the engine is turning. I recommend replacing the spark plugs and the ignition coils. If you need further assistance with your rotary engine misfiring, then seek out a professional, such as one from Your Mechanic, to help you.
