The fault you have is an internal voltage fault. Mercedes fault code P205E and refers to it as the ETC control unit in the drivers foot well.With that being the only fault it appears that there is a module issue like your suspecting or you have corrosion on the harness.

Now what suggestions u give me

Replace the ETC unit as aforementioned.
