I would also say, when the car start, the cracking sound it seemed like something is leaning on something (something scratching on another thing)

OK that's what I thought something is either rubbing inside the timing cover or against the lower plash shield . Need to have the drive belts checked as well to see if the noise is behind the timing cover.

it can cause the vehicle shift erratically it could actually have coolant in the transmission fluid which is causing this as well.
