Recommend having mobile mechanic or locksmith with program ability come out and program the modules and ignition keys, then see if it will start. If the modules wont store the vin of your truck, recommend using new modules, or swapping out the modules, then replacing the faulty transceiver ring, or other faulty part and having programmed performed.
