Q: Car does not start

I have a 2007 Honda Accord, yesterday I was driving through flooded water and the car started to make funny noises and slowing down. I tried to push the breaks but realize it was stuck so I pulled over in a parking lot and pulled the emergency brake. I put the car in park and cut it off for a few minutes. Then I tried to start it back but it wouldn't just started making a knocking noise and blowing white smoke from the back. That would last for about 2 minutes then it will turn off by itself. But it won't start and stay on. Earlier this week my check engine light came on and I went to Autozone & they gave me two codes that dealt with Air Fuel Malfunction I'm now sure that has anything to do with it but that same day I had to drive 163 miles to go to college so I wasn't able to get it checked out.

My car has 169000 miles.
