Vibration when changing gears.
Vibration between shifts in an automatic or manual are pretty similar and are usually caused by loose motor or transmission mounts, but could be mimicked by suspension components. Have a mechanic from YourMechanic inspect your vehicle (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/car-is-shaking-or-vibrating-inspection) for any looseness...
Ignition broke off
I believe the ignition lock cylinder is an integrated, non serviceable component in the steering column. The entire column may have to be replaced (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/steering-column-replacement). Engine sounds loud when first started then quiets down. Should I be concerned? 2012 Dodge Ram
Hi there - your symptoms suggest an oil supply or oil deliver issue when the engine is first started. Check the oil level first, then check to see what "weight" oil (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/what-type-of-oil-should-i-use) (i.e. 10W30) was used for the last oil...

I have a 2002 Chrysler 300m that had been sitting up for a year. I replaced the rack and pinion but when backing up steering is hard. Plus I have a P0740 code.
Hi there. The issue with the steering being hard seems to be with the pump still having air in it. Start the engine and open the bleed valve slightly. Turn the steering wheel several times from left to right and...
